On-Camera Instant Review of Sweeney Todd

Moments after a screening, there is singing but not much rejoicing, as Eric and J.D. are split on their review of the twisted and bloody Stephen Sondheim musical “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.”

  1. I did like Sweeney Todd from start to finish and found it to be a good film and possible dvd buyer when it’s released. My only downer on the film is that I doubt I would of had as much interest and want to see it if Johny Depp and Tim Burton were not involved, it also feels like the plot goes from A-B to easily and just feels like more could of been done with it e.g. Ghostrider as an example. overall it’s a good film with a okish plot line
    Matt.
