Capsule Review: "Small Time Crooks"

Sometimes a movie is so uninspiring that it’s hard to even muster up the urge to write about it.

I like Woody Allen. His last movie, “Sweet and Lowdown,” was fantastic. The one before it, “Celebrity,” sucked ass. This one is somewhere in between.

It has some funny moments, but not enough to keep it afloat for even its short 95 minutes.
