For an "action" flick, the action was confined to two sets for the bulk of the film, and consisted mostly of Travolta swearing at Washington and shooting people. At one point where it's beginning to drag, a Yellow cab flips in the air, but no actor with a speaking part was involved. I guess the director thought the film needed some eye candy at that point. The ending was more suitable for a television episode of Criminal Minds than a blockbuster movie. Overall, the film was watchable due to quality actors like Gandolfini, Turturro, etc., but nothing special in terms of plot or pacing. Everyone involved in this movie has done more commendable work elsewhere.
