This movie was pretty much as dumb as the last one, but at least the special effects were cool this time. The characters are just ridiculous caricatures with no real feeling or emotion, but they have wands this time, and they wave their arms furiously and lightning crackles (oh it crackles).

I did like the movie on the whole, and appreciated the ridiculous spectacle of CGI budgets spiralling wildly out of control. I saw the ending in 3D and it was pretty amazing, except for the right half of the screen was not really 3D and not that amazing.
