Win advance passes to “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”
posted by Eric Melin on July 23, 2008

George Lucas is at it again. His new animated movie “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” is in theaters on Friday August 15 and we’ve got 25 tickets for two separate screenings to give away.

The first screening is Wednesday, August 6 at 7pm at the AMC Town Center theater (119th & Nall).

The second screening (for those without hangovers apparently) is 10am Saturday morning August 9 at the AMC Town Center theater (119th & Nall).

For both screenings, we are trying out a new website where you can print your tickets off right away. The first 25 people to fill out one of the forms below (DO NOT ENTER BOTH)will receive an email with instructions and a code. Login to the site we give you, enter your code and- wala! free passes to print out at your leisure!

Please remember to choose the correct date below from the dropdown menu so you don’t get tickets to the wrong screening and have to go begging people on this message board to trade with you. although that would be kinda funny.

And if you mess up your email, we can’t get back with you, so no tickies for you.

One entry per person PLEASE!!!

Sorry Eric, I caught you again! Do you have some sort of weird calendar we don’t know about? August 6th is a Wednesday not a Tuesday.

  2. Yes. It’s the calendar-that-used-to be-in-my-house-but-is-no-longer-cuz-I-moved-and-I-only-live-out-of-one-room-until-my-new-house-is-done calendar. It’s not very reliable. Thanks for the catch! Its Wed Aug 6!

  3. This actually looks really cool.

Oops, I might have entered my name for both showings. If I did, please ignore the one for Saturday. Sorry for my mistake.

  5. so Lucas finally got to make (or a least approve of) a whole Star Wars movie after his love for CGI… looks fun though
