Addictive TV remixes entire "Iron Man" movie into a song

When I was at SXSW this year, I met and interviewed two amazing audiovisual artists from London who call themsleves Addictive TV. Through multimedia museum installation pieces, AV mash-ups, live VJ parties, and remixing Hollywood films into original compositions/previews, Graham Daniels and Tolly have been pushing the boundaries of art for quite some time. Although the interview was for an upcoming story in Digital Content Producer, Addictive TV has crossed over into Scene-Stealers realm with the release of their newest movie remix.

Using sound effects and exclusive video clips from “Iron Man” (and nothing from Black Sabbath, I might add–tsk, tsk!), Graham and Tolly have essentially turned the movie into a two-and-a-half minute dance track. The song and video actually work in a lot of the humor from the movie (which I saw last night; review here!).

And just so you don’t think I’m lying about the interview, below is some proof. The duo made a video collage of their trip to Austin, Texas this past March, and if you go to right about two minutes in, you’ll see my ugly mug asking them dumb questions while my friend Craig holds a threatening two-pronged microphone in their faces. Be on the lookout for the full story on digitalcontentproducer.com, but in the meantime just enjoy this “Iron Man” remix.
